The Roosevelt Theatre was a first-run house. The theatre appears to have been owned by Ascher through late 1921 or into 1922. The theatre reopened under Balaban and Katz ownership by the first week of July 1922. Beginning 11 October 1922, the theatre featured an extended run of When Knighthood Was in Flower (1922).
