The Blue Mouse Theatre was a first-run house in downtown Seattle. The Blue Mouse installed a Wurlitzer theatre pipe organ in October 1920. Organists ‘Bus’ McClelland and Billy Bilger played the Blue Mouse in 1927. The West Coast premiere of The Jazz Singer (1927) occurred at the Blue Mouse on 30 December 1927. By circa October 1929, the theatre was still owned by or had been sold to John Hamrick.

The theatrer was controlled by Hamrick-Evergreen Theatres circa 1936. The theatre was demolished circa 1960s-1970s.
