The Metropolitan Theatre at times featured Seattle organist Warren Wright. Opera singer and actress Geraldine Farrar performed at the Metropolitan in 1924 and in 1929.

The Metropolitan stood on the site currently occupied by the Fairmount Olympic Hotel.
