Current Status Demolished

The State Theatre, established on the site of the demolished Star Theatre, featured a Bennett theatre pipe organ, which was installed in 1925. The theatre may have previously been operated as the Owl Theatre.

The State was renamed the Rivoli Theatre in October 1939 and operated as a vaudeville house, surviving in later years as a burlesque theatre. The building was demolished in 1971.
